What it measures:

This 8-item self-administered questionnaire is used to evaluate symptoms of Achilles tendinopathy and their effect on physical activity; can be used to determine clinical severity and provide a guideline for treatment and for monitoring the effect of treatment.

Target Population:

People with Achilles tendinopathy

Questionnaire is available in English, German, Dutch, Swedish, Italian, Turkish Spanish, Portuguese, and Flemish
