Special Note to Participants:
Please bring your own stethescopes to the
course. A recommendation from the course instructor is the
stethescope be at lease the quality found in the Littman Classic II SE,
which can be found at www.allheart.com/2200-16.html. APTA will send a
small number of stethescopes in the event that a participant is unable
to provide their own.
Please come prepared both Saturday and Sunday for laboratory
(shorts, t-shirts, sports bras/haltertops/swimsuit tops, etc.) and for
air-conditioned environments throughout the day (bring warm-up or
workout clothes).
Availability:
This course is available to licensed physical therapists only. A copy
of your current license will be required. Please fax or mail a copy to
APTA Member Services (703/706-3396) with your registration form.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be made 72 hours before seminar begins. Requests for
refunds must be made to APTA in writing prior to the seminar and will be
subject to a 20% service charge per registration. APTA reserves the
right to cancel the seminar up to 2 weeks prior to its start date. APTA
is at no time responsible for expenses incurred by registration,
including but not limited to costs of airline tickets, other travel,
food, or room.
