Special Note to Participants:

Please note, there is an additional $30 fee for course materials for this course.  Also, please bring a pair of shorts for the Physical Examination (lab session) on Day 1.


Availability:

This course is available to licensed physical therapists only. A copy of your current license will be required. Please fax or mail a copy to APTA Member Services (703/706-3396) with your registration form.

Enrollment is limited to 48 participants.

APTA Continuing Education Policy:

Course content is not intended for use outside the scope of the learner's license or regulation. Clinical continuing education should not be taken by individuals who are not licensed or otherwise regulated except as they are involved in a specific plan of care.

Accommodations vary among meeting sites. APTA has not reserved rooms at any venue. Attendees must make their own hotel reservations. Please refrain from making travel reservations until you have received written registration confirmation in the mail from APTA.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation must be made 72 hours before seminar begins. Requests for refunds must be made to APTA in writing prior to the seminar and will be subject to a 20% service charge per registration. APTA reserves the right to cancel the seminar up to 2 weeks prior to its start date. APTA is at no time responsible for expenses incurred by registration, including but not limited to costs of airline tickets, other travel, food, or room.
