Prior to submitting an enrollment application for admission into an Advanced Proficiency Pathway (APP), prospective applicants must complete the following APTA courses:

Enrollment Application Submission
The next deadline for enrollment applications will be August 1, 2017 (enrollment cycle opens May 1). Enrollment applications will not be processed until the application fee has been received. Allow 4-6 weeks for processing of enrollment applications.

Applicants may submit their completed enrollment application (by the due date) and nonrefundable application fee of $135 by:
- Emailing the completed enrollment form to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxing to 703/684-7343 and calling program staff at 800/999-2782 ext. 8520 to make electronic payment; or
