Title: Lead Learning Center Coordinator

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS
This position will:
- Coordinate and implement course production in the learning management system. Help to manage the daily operations of the Learning Center website and reports the learning activity in the Learning Management System. Serve as main point of contact for technical support inquiries
- Coordinate course development cycle in learning management system (LMS)
- Coordinate aspects of course production, including creating and updating HTML course descriptions,
structures and lessons and publishing course catalog
- Assist with maintenance and enhancement of LMS including updating the Learning Center
website and troubleshooting content and technology
- Maintains APTA Learning Center customer relations and producing usage reports
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience with learning or performance management system and educational technologies
- Software knowledge: Adobe PDF; working knowledge of HTML and basic graphic editing skills. MS Office
(Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multitask
- *Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
