Title: Senior Coordinator
Department: Professional Development
FLSA Status: Nonexempt
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS
This position will:
- Handle administrative responsibilities and interact with members and speakers
- Handle and manage inquiries from registrants and speakers
- Coordinate continuing education approval process and audits of courses/events including processing materials,
maintaining records and performing data-entry for state approvals
- Be responsible for administrative duties including processing payments and inputing and updating data in the learning management
system.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 year's experience
- Strong administrative and data management skills
- Excellent organizational skills with keen ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
