Payment Information: A 50% deposit per booth must accompany the application. Applications submitted without a deposit will not be processed until the deposit is received at APTA. Balance of fees is due April 20, 2012. Nonpayment of space by this date will be interpreted by the APTA Exposition Services team to mean that the exhibiting company no longer wishes to reserve space, and the booth reservation will be cancelled. The association reserves the right to resell this space to another company. For applications submitted after March 21, 2012, full payment must accompany the application.
