Preconference Courses
1-day preconference courses are $225 for members and $315 for nonmembers. 2-day preconference courses are $349 for members and $488 for nonmembers.

Cancellations and Refunds
This cancellation policy applies to all elements of the conference. There is no separate fee for cancelling participation in preconference courses.
- A $60 fee will be assessed to cancel between the time of registration and May 24, 2012
- There will be a $20 fee to switch registrations (substitute one attendee for another)
- No refunds will be given after May 24, 2012

Badge & Conference Materials
Those who reside in the United States and registered by May 8, 2012, will receive their meeting materials via mail in advance. All registrants living outside the United States, or who register after May 8, 2012, will be required to pick up their meeting materials in Tampa during the posted registration hours.
Badge mailing will begin May 15. Your PT 2012 badge will be mailed to the address used to register. This packet will include any special event tickets and/or preconference course tickets. Two-day preconference course attendees will be provided with a ticket for each day of the course.
Your badge will NOT be mailed if you:
- reside outside the US.
- have a balance due.
- registered after May 8.
- are registered as Exhibitor Booth Personnel.

If you reside outside the US, registered after May 8, or if you plan to print your badge onsite for other reasons, please visit the material pick-up desk located on level 2 of the Tampa Convention Center.
If you are missing tickets or your badge information is incorrect, please visit the main registration area located on level 2 of the Tampa Convention Center to make corrections onsite.
