CSM 2012: CEUs and Transcripts

CSM 2012 preconference course certificates, CEU letters, and session transcripts are now available.

Preconference Course Certificates

Preconference CEU certificates are accessible in the APTA Learning Center.

The number of CEUs awarded for each preconference session is listed in the onsite program and in the online programming descriptions. Preconference attendees are encouraged to complete the brief session evaluation in the Learning Center. The opportunity to weigh in on your overall CSM experience can be found here.

To access your certificate, follow these easy steps:

Login to APTA.org. Enter your e-mail, member number or user ID. Use the "forgot your password" link if you need to reset your password.
Go to the APTA Learning Center
Click on the "My Courses" tab in the horizontal navigation menu, and find your preconference course.
Click "Launch" next to the course title. Follow the directions to access the evaluation and print your CEU certificate.

We highly value your feedback on the evaluation.

Note: An evaluation option is not available for courses sponsored by the Sports Section and the Clinical Electro Wound Section.

More than 35 licensure agencies for physical therapists and physical therapist assistants have licensure renewal requirements that include completion of continuing education or continuing competence activities. CEU Letters

CEU letters are accessible online in the APTA Learning Center. Additionally, you have the option of printing a transcript of CSM educational sessions for which your badge was scanned.

Your attendance at CSM 2012 is equivalent to 1.8 CEUs (18 contact hours/CCUs). The opportunity to weigh in on your overall CSM experience can be found here.

To access your CEU letter, follow these easy steps:

Login to APTA.org. Enter your e-mail, member number or user ID. Use the "forgot your password" link if you need to reset your password.
Go to the APTA Learning Center
Click on the "My Courses" tab in the horizontal navigation menu, and find CSM 2012.
Click "Launch" next to the CSM 2012 conference and follow the directions to print your CEU letter.

Session Transcripts

Session transcripts are available to attendees who had their badges scanned before sessions. To view your session transcript, you must first claim credit and access the "Print Certificate" link on the "My Courses" page of the APTA Learning Center.

After you've completed the claim credit process:

Click the "view transcript" link on the My Courses page (located on the upper-right side of your course listings).
From the transcript page, click the "View" link, located in the Session Transcript column.
