Combined Sections Meeting (CSM) Exhibitor and Sponsor Opportunities

    Exhibitor Warning

    Third party companies who are not official CSM vendors, have been soliciting registrants and exhibitors for room reservations, lead retrieval units, list rentals, and other trade show products and services. These organizations may misrepresent themselves as APTA official vendors. Registrants and exhibitors may be contacted by fax, e-mail, or phone with offers for cut rate services. Please visit for a list of official CSM vendors. APTA appreciates your support and vigilance as we work together to produce a successful CSM.

    Booth Application and Fees

    CSM 2014 Exhibitor Booth Application/Contract (.pdf)  

    A 50% deposit per booth must accompany the application. Applications submitted without a deposit will not be processed until the deposit is received.

    Balance of fees is due December 6, 2013. Nonpayment of space by this date will be interpreted by the APTA Exposition Services team to mean that the exhibiting company no longer wishes to reserve space, and the booth reservation will be cancelled. APTA reserves the right to resell this space to another company.

    For applications submitted after September 13, 2013, full payment must accompany the application.
