    A 50% deposit per booth must accompany the application. Applications submitted without a deposit will not be processed until the deposit is received.

    Balance of fees is due December 6, 2013. Nonpayment of space by this date will be interpreted by the APTA Exposition Services team to mean that the exhibiting company no longer wishes to reserve space, and the booth reservation will be cancelled. APTA reserves the right to resell this space to another company.

    For applications submitted after September 13, 2013, full payment must accompany the application.

    Important Dates and Deadlines

    September 13, 2013

    • Application and 50% deposit due for exhibitors wishing to be assigned space according to the priority point system
    • All applications received after September 13, 2013, require full payment and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis

    October 4, 2013

    • Deadline for ad space in the onsite program (no ads will be accepted after this date)

    October 18, 2013

    • Deadline for advertising materials for the onsite program

    October 25, 2013

    • Last day to cancel with exhibitor responsible for 25% of full booth fee

    November 4, 2013

    • 25-word product/service description due for inclusion in onsite program (after this date, all descriptions will be included on the conference mobile app)

    December 6, 2013

    • Balance due for exhibit space
    • Last day to cancel with exhibitor responsible for 50% of full booth fee

    December 6, 2013

    • No refunds after December 6, 2013

    January 3, 2014

    • Attendee preregistration list form due (form found in the Exhibitor Services Kit list includes physical addresses only)
