    Badge & Conference Materials

    Those who reside in the United States and register by December 18, 2013, for the meeting will receive their meeting materials via mail in advance. All registrants living outside the United States, or who register after December 18, 2013, will be required to pick up their meeting materials at onsite registration during posted registration hours.

    Cancellations and Refunds

    This cancellation policy applies to all elements of the conference. There is no separate fee for cancelling participation in preconference courses.

    • A $60 fee will be assessed to cancel between the time of registration and January 27, 2014
    • There will be a $20 fee to switch registrations (substitute one attendee for another)
    • No refunds will be given after January 27, 2014
