Onsite Registration
Beginning Monday, January 21, registration will be located in The Sails Pavilion on the second level of the San Diego Convention Center (111 West Harbor Drive, San Diego CA).
Preconference course registration will take place outside Hall B on the lower level of the San Diego Convention Center on Sunday, January 20 ONLY.
Onsite registration hours:
Sunday, January 20 - 7:00 am – 9:00 am (Preconference Registration Only)
Monday, January 21 - 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
Tuesday, January 22 - 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Wednesday, January 23 - 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Thursday, January 24 - 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
Badge & Conference Materials
Those who reside in the United States and register by December 11, 2012, for the meeting will receive their meeting materials via mail in advance. All registrants living outside the United States, or who register after December 11, 2012, will be required to pick up their meeting materials in San Diego during the posted registration hours.
Badge Confirmation
As of Thursday, November 29, J. Spargo and Associates, CSM's official registration and housing company, will begin sending badge confirmation e-mails to confirmed registrants. This is an opportunity for you to insure that the information appearing on your CSM 2013 badge is accurate and to your liking.
Changes may be made to your:
- mailing address (CSM badges will be mailed to attendees who registered before December 11, 2012);
- first name; and/or
- credentials.
Changes apply only to your CSM 2013 badge. To edit your APTA profile information, login to APTA.org and click the "Profile" link in the upper right.
Cancellations and Refunds
This cancellation policy applies to all elements of the conference. There is no separate fee for cancelling participation in preconference courses.
- A $60 fee will be assessed to cancel between the time of registration and January 14, 2013
- There will be a $20 fee to switch registrations (substitute one attendee for another)
- No refunds will be given after January 15, 2013
