    Badge & Conference Materials

    Those who reside in the US and register for CSM by January 4, 2016, will receive their meeting materials via mail in advance. All registrants living outside the US, or who register for CSM after January 4, 2016, will be required to pick up their meeting materials in Anaheim during the posted registration hours.

    Media registration is closed. Those interested in registering can do so by contacting Erin Wendell-Ritter.

    Cancellations and Refunds

    This cancellation policy applies to all elements of the conference. There is no separate fee for cancelling participation in preconference courses.

    • A $60 fee will be assessed to cancel between the time of registration and February 5, 2016.
    • There will be a $20 fee to switch registrations (substitute one attendee for another).
    • No refunds will be given after February 5, 2016.

    Cancellation for Confirmation Email

    Cancellation requests for preconference and/or full conference received by February 5, 2016, will receive a full refund minus a $60 administration fee. There will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations after February 5, 2016. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the APTA Registration Center, 11208 Waples Mill Rd., Ste 112, Fairfax, VA 22030 or emailed to aptaregistration@jspargo.com.
