Payment Information: A 50% deposit per booth must accompany the application. Applications submitted without a deposit will not be processed until the deposit is received at APTA. Balance of fees is due May 24, 2013. Nonpayment of space by this date will be interpreted by the APTA Exposition Services team to mean that the exhibiting company no longer wishes to reserve space, and the booth reservation will be cancelled. The association reserves the right to resell this space to another company. For applications submitted after March 15, 2013, full payment must accompany the application.

Please Note: Exhibitors may enter the Hall 1 hour prior to the opening each day and may remain until 1 hour after the close of the Hall each evening. All exhibits must be staffed during the hours in which the Exhibit Hall is open. Any exhibiting company that begins packing its equipment and/or materials before 5:00 pm on Friday, June 10, will be penalized with loss of priority points. Thank you for your cooperation.
Important Dates
March 15, 2013:
- Applications due for exhibitors wishing to be assigned space according to the priority system. After March 15, booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. All applications received after March 15, 2013, require full payment.
- Applications with no payment information will not be processed.
- Last day to cancel with 25% penalty of the original booth price.
April 30, 2013:
- 25-word product/service descriptions due for inclusion in the APTA Conference Program
- Last day to cancel with 50% refund (No refunds after April 30)
