Please be aware that neither APTA nor J. Spargo & Associates will solicit you directly to make your conference hotel reservations. APTA would like to alert exhibitors and attendees that they may be subjected to solicitations from hotels or third-party housing agencies that have no affiliation with APTA. These agencies may offer a lower rate than the official block rate. However, cancellation polices may be unforgiving or nonexistent and should you need assistance with your reservation, you would not receive service from APTA's housing agency.
APTA is committed to providing a high quality housing experience for its exhibitors and attendees and contracts for a room block to secure those housing needs. To support APTA and its efforts, we encourage you to book your housing accommodations using APTA's official housing vendor, J. Spargo & Associates. Suite Request: To request a hospitality suite contact Angela Smith, APTA Housing Account Manager at Angela.Smith@jspargo.com. Note: All suite requests must receive APTA approval before the reservation is confirmed.
