APTA offers groups attending conference the opportunity to reserve a meeting room to host special events. This year in Salt Lake, meeting rooms are available Friday, June 28, at the Hilton Salt Lake Center (255 South West Temple). Groups wishing to meet in conjunction with the APTA Conference will be required to submit an online application.
Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first served basis. Confirmations will be sent to all applicants in late April.
After confirming an event, APTA will reserve the room with the venue and put the group in contact with the appropriate catering and audio-visual representatives. The group will work directly with those service providers and be responsible for all expenses associated with the event.
