    Cancellations and Refunds

    This cancellation policy applies to all elements of the conference. There is no separate fee for cancelling participation in preconference courses.

    • A $60 fee will be assessed to cancel between the time of registration and June 5, 2013
    • There will be a $20 fee to switch registrations (substitute one attendee for another)
    • No refunds will be given after June 5, 2013
