Jonathan Greenwood PT, DPT, MS, is a board-certified pediatric clinical specialist and director of Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy Services at Boston Children's Hospital in Massachusetts. He is a certified Early Intervention Specialist and is certified in Neuro-Developmental Treatment. In addition to his clinical practice and certifications, Greenwood serves as the current chair for the hospital-based Special-Interest Group for the Academy of Pediatric Physical Therapy.
Carrie Hall, PT, MHS, is physical therapist and president/CEO of Movement Systems Physical Therapy in Seattle, Washington.
