Conference Scholarships for Physical Therapist Students
Kaiser Permanente's physical therapy education programs are dedicated to enriching the learning experience for future practitioners and is pleased to announce 6 conference scholarships for physical therapist (PT) students to attend APTA's 2017 Combined Sections Meeting.
The scholarships, sponsored by the Kaiser Permanente Northern California Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Fellowship, the Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency, and the Orthopaedic Residency programs in the San Francisco Bay Area, will cover early bird student conference registration and provide $500 for travel, lodging, and meal expenses.
Six scholarships for the APTA Combined Sections Meeting being held February 15-18, 2017, in San Antonio, Texas, will be awarded to APTA student members.
Applicants must be:
- APTA members;
- a second or third year physical therapist student at the time of the conference; and
- interested in pursuing a career in orthopedic, neurologic, geriatric, or sports physical therapy.
The application process for the CSM 2017 scholarship is now closed. Check back Fall 2017 for information on scholarships for CSM 2018.
