Mentorship is an essential component of the Educational Leadership Institute Fellowship. Mentors provide focused learner-centered guidance throughout the yearlong program. Collectively, mentors are experienced program directors from physical therapist and physical therapist assistant programs and represent diverse institutional settings including public/private and Carnegie classifications. Mentors provide regular and timely interaction with fellows-in-training through coaching, advising, and thought provoking questions on an individual basis as well as through their assigned small group during the ELI Fellowship.
