APTA CSIF Web transforms the CSIF (Clinical Site Information Form) from a static document to a dynamic online survey, complete with tools to help academic programs analyze and validate data annually. CSIF Web provides the clinical sites one place to update their information online; and academic programs the ability to view, query, and export site data, as well as manage con-tract renewal dates, and report on clinical site information. Since CSIF Web integrates with PT CPI Web, PTA CPI Web and SiteAssign, students can query the completed site data to assist them with ranking their preferred clinical experience placements.
