Please review the below information before the Forum. These meetings are formal, be prepared to wear business attire on the day you visit with your senator or representative. Additional and more specific information will be shared during the Forum to help you prepare for your visits.
House of Representatives Meetings
Each forum participant should contact their representative's office between March 4, 2013, and March 18, 2013, to schedule a meeting for Tuesday, April 16, 2013, between noon and 4:00 pm. The sample letter below should be sent to the scheduler in your representative's office to make the appointment.
After receiving the request, the representative's office will contact you directly to schedule the meeting. Legislative offices can take several weeks to schedule meeting requests, so participants may not receive a meeting confirmation until 1-2 weeks before the Forum.

Senate Meetings
State Federal Affairs Liaisons are responsible for scheduling the senate meetings for each state delegation. Senate meetings will be scheduled between 9:00 am and noon on Tuesday, April 16.
