Thanks to the generosity of many APTA members and supporters, the Minority Scholarship Fund has grown to more than $400,000. Donations to the Fund can be made in many ways, anytime, throughout the year:

Recent Recipients

This fund continues to grow as more faculty and students benefit each year. In 1988, only one award was given. We have now grown so that in 2011: One faculty member and 6 physical therapy students received Minority Scholarship Awards. Since its inception, the Fund has awarded 171 minority physical therapist and physical therapist assistant students and 11 faculty members.
