APTA Logo for Web Use
Subject to the terms set forth herein, a party may download APTA's Web logo for the sole and exclusive purpose of placing the APTA Web logo on your web site to link to the APTA Web site: www.apta.org.
The image must be no wider than 169 pixels. You cannot modify the Web logo below, the design, add or delete words or change colors or font.
You cannot display the Web Logo in any manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement by APTA or that shows any kind of relationship with APTA. You cannot place the Web logo on any documents, such as contracts or otherwise. You cannot use the Web logo in connection with disparaging statements. You cannot use the Web logo to represent that you or your company/facility are a member of the APTA.
For any reason or no reason, APTA reserves the right in its sole and confidential discretion to withdraw this permission and order you to remove the APTA Web logo from a Web site(s) at any time. Among other actions, you may be sent an email notification stating that you are to remove the APTA Web logo within 24 hours.
After placing the Web logo on your site, please within five (5) business days send an email to web@apta.org providing a link to the Web page(s) on which the logo appears.
Terms of this agreement are subject to change without prior notice. By linking to the APTA Web site you hereby agree to these terms as well as the APTA Terms & Conditions.
