    Preconference Rates

    All NEXT 2018 preconference courses are full day sessions and worth .90 CEUs.

    Badge & Conference Materials

    Those who reside in the US and register for NEXT by May 11, 2018, will receive their meeting materials via mail in advance. All registrants living outside the US, or who register for NEXT after May 11, 2018, will be required to pick up their meeting materials in Orlando during the posted registration hours.

    Cancellations and Refunds

    This cancellation policy applies to all elements of the conference. There is no separate fee for cancelling participation in preconference courses.

    • A $60 fee will be assessed to cancel between the time of registration and May 11, 2018.
    • There will be a $20 fee to switch registrations (substitute one attendee for another).
    • No refunds will be given after May 11, 2018.

    Cancellation for Confirmation Email

    Cancellation requests for preconference and/or full conference received by May 11, 2018, will receive a full refund minus a $60 administration fee. There will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations after May 11, 2018. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the APTA Registration Center, 11208 Waples Mill Rd., Ste 112, Fairfax, VA 22030 or emailed to aptaregistration@jspargo.com.
