    Cancellations and Refunds

    This cancellation policy applies to all elements of the conference. There is no separate fee for cancelling participation in preconference courses.

    • A $60 fee will apply for all cancellation requests received on or before May 21, 2014.
    • There will be a $20 fee to switch 1 attendee registration to another person.
    • No refunds will be given after May 21, 2014.
