    * * Corporate Member Rate: Fees for each registrant of 3 or more active APTA members from the same employer.     Cancellations and Refunds

    This cancellation policy applies to all elements of the conference. There is no separate fee for cancelling participation in preconference courses.

    • A $60 fee will apply for all cancellation requests received on or before May 21, 2014.
    • There will be a $20 fee to switch 1 attendee registration to another person.
    • No refunds will be given after May 21, 2014.
