    Badge & Conference Materials

    Those who reside in the US and register for NEXT by May 24, 2019, will receive their meeting materials via mail in advance. All registrants living outside the US, or who register for NEXT after May 24, 2019, will be required to pick up their meeting materials in Boston during the posted registration hours.

    Cancellations and Refunds

    This cancellation policy applies to all elements of the conference. There is no separate fee for cancelling participation in preconference courses.

    • A $60 fee will be assessed to cancel between the time of registration and April 26, 2019.
    • There will be a $20 fee to switch registrations (substitute one attendee for another).
    • No refunds will be given after April 26, 2019.

    Cancellation for Confirmation Email

    Cancellation requests for preconference and/or full conference received by April 26, 2019, will receive a full refund minus a $60 administration fee. There will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations after April 26, 2019. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the APTA Registration Center, 6100 W. Plano Pkwy., Suite 3500, Plano, TX 75093 or emailed to aptaNEXT@mcievents.com.
