October 30 – November 1, 2014
Wisconsin Center, Milwaukee, WI
While exhibiting at NSC 2014, your company will enjoy unparalleled face time with more than 1,200 physical therapists (PTs) and physical therapist assistants (PTAs) of tomorrow, as well as physical therapy educators.
Applications received on or before July 28, 2014, will be assigned in Priority Point order. Applications received after July 28, 2014, will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
50% deposit is due with application received on or before August 8, 2014. Applications submitted without a deposit will not be processed until the deposit is received. The balance is due on September 10, 2014. Nonpayment of space by this date will be interpreted by APTA to mean that the exhibiting company no longer wishes to reserve space, and the booth reservation will be cancelled – also see Cancellation Policy section. The Association reserves the right to resell this space to another company. For applications submitted after August 8, 2014, full payment must accompany the application.
For cancellations received on or before September 4, 2014, the exhibitor will be responsible for 50% of the full booth fee. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ALLOWED FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER September 4, 2014.
As the exhibit floor continues to grow, APTA believes this is the most fair, consistent and equitable way to assign space. Learn about the NSC Priority Point System (.pdf).
All exhibitors from NSC 2013 will come to NSC 2014 with 5 points. Only the previous five years accrued priority points are used in determining the total points applicable toward priority point assignment. If more than one company has the same number of priority points, assignment will be made in order of the date the application is received. Sharing or subletting of space is strictly prohibited.

Purpose of Exhibits
NSC exhibits are intended to be educational and informational and to improve physical therapy practice, education, and research. Exhibits should give all student attendees a chance to learn about available career opportunities, equipment, and services. Exhibitors are to provide equal opportunities for all attendees regardless of education level or career goals. APTA supports a positive learning environment for all of its members.
Pricing is per 8' x 10' booth. Each exhibit booth comes with 1 table, 2 chairs, and a trash can. Note: Carpet is not included in booth fee but is required and should be ordered through Global Experience Specialists (GES).
Badges MUST be worn at all times in the Exhibit Hall.
Exhibitor badge registration forms must be received at APTA by September 25, 2014. All exhibiting companies must register their staff in advance. An onsite company contact, the exhibitor liaison, must be designated on the registration form. Three complimentary badges are provided for each exhibit space; additional badges are $25 each (payment must accompany the request).
Badges are not transferable. Once the 3 complimentary badges have been produced for an exhibit space, the $25 badge fee will be requested. Badges are to be used only for NSC-related business.

Global Experience Specialists (GES) is the official service contractor of National Student Conclave and will send an Exhibitor Service Kit to all confirmed exhibitors. The kit will include order forms for all services. Confirmed exhibitors can expect to receive this information in late August.
