New for 2014! NSC Space Assignment Policy - Priority Point System

As the exhibit floor continues to grow, APTA believes this is the most fair, consistent and equitable way to assign space. Learn about the NSC Priority Point System (.pdf).

All exhibitors from NSC 2013 will come to NSC 2014 with 5 points. Only the previous five years accrued priority points are used in determining the total points applicable toward priority point assignment. If more than one company has the same number of priority points, assignment will be made in order of the date the application is received. Sharing or subletting of space is strictly prohibited.

Points will be accumulated by the following criteria:

    • 1 point for exhibiting at National Student Conclave
    • 1 point per company for booking hotel rooms within the APTA housing block
    • Sponsorships: three points for a $7,500 or more sponsors, two points for $3,000 - 7,499 sponsors and one point for $2,000 - 2,999 sponsors
