2014 PQRS Individual Measures

In 2014, physical therapists are eligible to participate in 16 individual PQRS measures, however, some measures are restricted to certain reporting methods. For instance, therapists can only report the diabetes measures (#126 & 127) if they report via a certified registry. To view the detailed measures specification for each measure, click the title from the chart below.

Therapists should review the measure specifications for each measure that they select to report in 2014 to ensure that all measures requirements are met.

2014 data collection sheets from CMS do not include many of the following measures. In the meantime, continue to use 2013 data collection sheets.
