Can Your School 'Reach100'?
Join the nationwide call to membership for PT and PTA students and demonstrate your school's commitment to APTA membership. It's easy to get involved-just submit an application with a list of all the student members in your program, and APTA will do the rest.
When your program participates in the challenge, you and your classmates qualify to win a variety of prizes such as an iPad, an iPad Mini, or a $250 Amazon.com gift card. Plus your program earns a certificate of accomplishment, an electronic web button and will be featured prominently on a banner displayed at national conferences.
Several levels of membership qualify for honors:
Platinum = 100% Membership
Gold = 90% Membership
Silver = 80% Membership

1) A roster of all student members in your program
2) A completed Entry Form (.pdf)
