The 2014 APTA State Policy & Payment Forum is designed to increase your involvement in, and knowledge of, state legislative issues that have an impact on the practice and payment of physical therapy, and to improve your advocacy efforts at the state level. Programming will focus on physical therapy payment & legislative issues at the state level and will include presentations on physical therapy copay legislation, emerging scope of practice issues, Medicaid, infringement challenges, state licensure issues, and much more! You will hear from influential public policy makers and other physical therapy advocates, collaborate with colleagues in developing your chapter or section's advocacy efforts, and network with other professionals from across the country.
