When is it time to discontinue skilled therapy? Maybe you think you know the answer to that question, but with these two case studies, I hope to spark debate and stimulate discussion. The examples focus on neurologic rehabilitation, where my clinical experience is most extensive. However, this discussion could be similarly held in most any area of our profession.
