While COVID-19 has brought a number of changes to our lives, one of the most dramatic is its impact on how much we move our bodies. From working at home on Zoom calls during the day to virtual school for our youth, telemedicine, and even virtual social events such as museum tours and concerts, this new age creates new demands on our bodies which include a lot more sitting! 

As physical therapists and movement experts, we could sit back and wait to deal with the inevitable injuries that will result from this virtual world, or we can dig deep and begin to offer our services to show the public how we are made to move.
