    Policy on Children in the Exhibit Hall

    Please note that children under 18 are not permitted in the exhibit hall.


    Guests must register with a paid conference attendee. APTA members, and those eligible for APTA membership cannot register as guests.

    Members Save On Registration

    If you are not a member of APTA, consider joining! Members receive a significant savings on their conference registration and other benefits and services.

    Cancellations and Refunds

    This cancellation policy applies to all elements of the conference. There is no separate fee for cancelling participation in preconference courses.

    Cancellation requests for preconference and/or full conference received by January 24, 2020, will receive a full refund minus a $60 administration fee. There will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations after January 24, 2020. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the APTA Registration Center,  aptaCSM@mcievents.com.

    • A $60 fee will be assessed to cancel between the time of registration and January 24, 2020.
    • No refunds will be given after January 24, 2020.
    • A $20 fee to switch registrants (substitute one attendee for another). Requests must be received in writing to aptaCSM@mcievents.com.
