Principal Functions

This position:

  • Maintains accurate information in the database related to accredited programs, on-site reviewers, and CAPTE
  • Processes all program director (PD) changes, including managing new program director changes for CAPTE meeting
  • Serves as back-up for on-site visit and travel coordinator
  • Manages meeting logistics (meeting space, lunches, etc.) for all CAPTE functions
  • Assists in the follow-up from CAPTE meetings, including Summary of Action (SOA) cleanup, distribution of decisions, entering citations into database, and updating report cards, etc
  • Processes daily mail/email and maintains log of all program correspondence
  • Responds to routine inquiries about the pre-accreditation and accreditation activities related to all programs
  • Performs duties related to testing the database to ensure database processes run smoothly

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative support positions
  • Strong administrative and data management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines
  • Experience in handling sensitive, confidential information
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong copy editing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with relational databases

Physical Demands

  • Ability to be mobile
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time
