Alicia Hosmer, CME, AAiP, is senior director of brand strategy and communications at APTA and has over 20 years of experience leading brand and growth initiatives for associations. 

Danny Matta, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist, entrepreneur, business coach, founder of PT Biz, and author of "The Cash-Based Practice Field Manual." A former Army physical therapist, Matta works with physical therapy business owners across the country to help them build profitable, sustainable practices and careers.
