Being a change agent means different things to different people. To some, it means teaching students how to work for change. To others, it means promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in a clinic. Or helping to improve global health. Or serving disadvantaged populations, either in the United States or elsewhere. Or helping physical therapists in other countries.
