For Chad Taylor, PT, DPT, ATC, certified strength and conditioning specialist, a full-time faculty member at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, the answer looks a little different than what many may imagine.

A board-certified clinical specialist in both sports and orthopaedic physical therapy, Taylor serves multiple roles in the Department of Physical Therapy at VCU: assistant professor, residency director, and coordinator of the VCU Sports Residency.
