View this livestreamed event recognizing the accomplishment of more than 3,000 physical therapists who initially achieved ABPTS specialist certification or who were recertified in 2020, and the 30 physical therapist assistants who were recognized for their advanced proficiency in a specialty area.

This event, usually conducted at the annual APTA Combined Sections Meeting, was produced virtually and broadcasted via APTA's social media channels and here at apta.org. The recording features remarks from APTA President Sharon Dunn, PT, PhD, board-certified orthopaedic clinical specialist; ABPTS Chair Julie Peterson, PT, DPT, board-certified women’s health clinical specialist; and APTA’s specialty council chairs. It also features brief messages from some of the newly certified and recertified specialists.
