H.R. 8702 was introduced by Sens. RogerMarshall, R-Kans. and Mark Warner, D-Va. and Reps. Mike Kelly, R-Pa., Suzan DelBene, D-Wash., Ami Bera, D-Calif., and John Joyce, R-Pa.
