The remote therapeutic monitoring, or RTM, proposed changes in the 2027 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule have the rehab therapy world talking, and largely with concern. If finalized, the proposal could significantly limit many physical therapy practices’ ability to provide RTM through contracted clinical support models.
