Dissemination of Member Information BOD Y09-19-02-04 [Policy] APTA executive staff team shall oversee development of organizational policies that ensure the security and stewardship of APTA member information. When member information is disseminated by APTA or its member groups to individuals or external organizations, it must be in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as APTA policies.
