Our Speakers

Melissa Dreger, PT, DPT, MA, is a specialist in the Continuing Education Program at APTA. She is an experienced educator with expertise in postgraduate education. 

Ida Hoxha is a 2026 graduate from the University of Hartford and serves as the APTA Chief Student Delegate. Her interests include orthopedics, sports physical therapy, pelvic health, and physical therapy education. 

Noah Ackerman is a 2026 graduate of the University of Hartford and serves as chair of the APTA Student Council and early career liaison for APTA Federal. In 2027, Noah will begin an acute care physical therapy residency. 

Alicia Hosmer, CME, AAiP, is senior director of brand strategy and communications at APTA and has over 20 years of experience leading brand and growth initiatives for associations.
