APTA is invested in the future of the physical therapy profession. One of the most important facets of that investment is our relationship with HOSA—Future Health Professionals. We're honored to work with HOSA and its locally based advisors to nurture and inspire students interested in health professions careers. And we're excited about the next phase of that work: a program that connects students interested in physical therapy with mentors to help grow that interest.
APTA leverages its extensive network of PTs across the country to help HOSA programs find a "right fit" mentor, whether that's to help students learn more about the profession or provide assistance in training for the HOSA physical therapy competition at the HOSA International Leadership Conference.
