• Establish communication strategies between all PT and PTA students.

• Inform students on the architecture of the APTA and its components.
• Demonstrate the value of APTA membership.
• Motivate students to increase involvement.
• Establish networking opportunities with the APTA Student Assembly.
• Support students as the transition into early career professionals.
• Model diversity, equality, and inclusion within the APTA Student Assembly.

EMPOWER: Advocate, Cultivate Leadership, Serve

• Engage in advocacy for the profession.
• Promote inter-professional collaborative opportunities.
• Foster student involvement in service.
• Increase student participation in policy making for the APTA House of Delegates.
• Grow student involvement within APTA components.
