- Establish communication strategies between all PT and PTA students.

- Inform students on the architecture of the APTA and its components.
- Demonstrate the value of APTA membership.
- Motivate students to increase involvement.
- Establish networking opportunities with the APTA Student Assembly.
- Support students as the transition into early career professionals.
- Model diversity, equality, and inclusion within the APTA Student Assembly.
EMPOWER: Advocate, Cultivate Leadership, Serve
- Engage in advocacy for the profession.
- Promote inter-professional collaborative opportunities.
- Foster student involvement in service.
- Increase student participation in policy making for the APTA House of Delegates.
- Grow student involvement within APTA components.
