October is National Physical Therapy Month. Join APTA in celebrating the profession and raising awareness of the many ways PTs and PTAs improve health, mobility, and quality of life across the lifespan.

This National Physical Therapy Month, APTA will continue its PT For Future Me public awareness campaign. First launched in 2025, the campaign aims to shift public perception of physical therapy from something people seek only after an injury or surgery to a resource that supports prevention, movement, and resilience across the lifespan — while encouraging consumers to consider physical therapy as an investment in their future health and well-being.
