Oct. 5 is the final date so submit comments to Medicare on the proposed 9% cut. APTA will launch a final push to generate 30,000 comment letters to Medicare by Oct. 1.

APTA is calling on all PTs, PTAs, and physical therapy students to contact Medicare (the Centers for Medicare and  Medicaid Services, or CMS) to fight the proposed 9% cut in payment for physical therapy services that is scheduled to begin on January 1.

Join us for a kick-off rally and then participate with your colleagues and patients  for a major, one-day push on October 1 to generate as many messages to Medicare as possible.

You can participate in APTA Live events below (coming soon) or engage on APTA's social media platforms: FacebookTwitter, or YouTube

In addition to the September 30 rally, live updates will be held Oct. 1 at noon and 6 p.m. ET. Check APTA social channels during those times to see where we are in reaching our goal on submissions.
