The American Physical Therapy Association invites members to review and provide feedback on draft guidance addressing the use of artificial and augmented intelligence in physical therapy. Developed by APTA’s Use of Artificial and Augmented Intelligence in Physical Therapy Task Force, this draft represents the culmination of the task force's charge from the APTA Board of Directors to assess current and future applications of these technologies in physical therapist practice, education, and research; benchmark policies from peer health professions organizations; and develop policy recommendations for the profession.
