Opponents of fair copays try to present an argument that, somehow, improving patient access to needed physical therapy will result in higher health care costs for everyone.
It's a disingenuous, cynical argument that attempts to reframe the realities of care. You should familiarize yourself with the approach, because you'll hear it a lot when advocating for a system more responsive to patient needs.
