The plan includes goals and objectives that should be prioritized during the identified three-year timespan.

The current strategic plan was developed by the Board after a year-long process of researching member and potential member needs to determine an essential set of priorities as the association approaches its centennial in 2021.

Those strategic priorities are not an exhaustive list of APTA’s goals and objectives; instead they reflect areas that require added emphasis in response to member research. A new strategic plan will be adopted in 2022.
