Our Speakers

Rachel Miller, MPH, is a health policy and payment specialist within APTA's Public Affairs Unit. In this role, she advocates to federal regulators on policy issues that affect the physical therapy profession. Miller completed her master’s degree in health policy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Alvin Osorio Flores, SPT, is a student at Shenandoah University, set to graduate in August 2025. He earned his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from James Madison University.
