The #MeToo movement has heightened awareness of appropriate and inappropriate behavior in the workplace. More awareness, however, doesn't always displace old traditions and behaviors, which can result in an undercurrent of discontent.

Kenny has been at the Middlebury office of InMotion PT for four years. After joining the established staff at Middlebury straight out of school, he is grateful to the company for their support and mentoring. He achieved his American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties certification in orthopaedic physical therapy last year and continues to hone his skills surrounded by, as he calls them, "the gurus" of manual therapy.
