In recent years, we have experienced a prolonged public health crisis, rising economic pressures, and a rapidly evolving health care landscape. So it's no surprise that the U.S. workforce is continuing to adjust to a new normal.

Nowhere is this more apparent than in health care, where staffing shortages, reimbursement strain, and growing administrative complexity are reshaping how care is delivered. For physical therapy in particular, these forces are converging at a moment when demand for services is increasing, yet the systems supporting the workforce are under mounting strain.
